Tim & Frank aka A-Drive started their professional dj career and introduced their new sound to the Hardstyle scene back in 2005.

They are the founders and owners of the music production company 1st Division and have released many tracks on their own label ”Special Records”. Aside from releasing tracks on their own label their tracks have appeared on Vip Records, ETX Records, Acova Recordings and Seismic Records.

3. How did you choose your artist name?
We started a co-operation together and needed a new name. Because we live
in Almere we came up with the A. Our music has a lot of speed in it and so
we see it as spinning with a fast drive in it. That how A-Drive was born.

8. What’s the title of your latest release, and on which label was it released?
Together with Dweazle we produced Ungratified, which was in the top 10 of a lot online music shops. This track was released on our own label Special Records.
9. Can we expect more productions from you soon, if so.. when?
Yes we are working on a few new tracks which will be released on vinyl. We cannot tell you on which labe YETl, that’s still a secret.

11. What inspired you to become a DJ?
We both liked to go to the big parties in the early 90s. After a while we craved to do what the other famous DJs did at these events. Besides that we wanted to introduce our own sounds style of music into the scene.
